Starting to manage a new team, especially in a new company, can feel overwhelming. When I joined Wix as a Team Lead for 4 senior developers from different Wix groups, I faced similar challenges. In my talk, I'll share my experience and insights on how to navigate this situation, including when to start making changes, fitting into a team of seniors, and learning the ropes from scratch.
