From the Academy to the Industry

In this talk I’ll share with you the process of moving from the academia to the "real world” of the constantly changing high-tech industry. I’ll share my personal experience as a manager as well as a developer, including some tips on how to take your first career steps.

Bio

Eitan is Head of Wix’s Editor R&D group, lives in Tel Aviv and is happily married +1. He holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the Technion and has 17 years of R&D experience in the fields of front-end, back-end and mobile development.
